When the whole process of photovoltaic solar panels production completed, there is a last step, packaging, which is very important. In order to avoid damage to the modules during transport, packaging boxes will be used. Between each module first add plastic corner protection, and then use 5 layers of corrugated paper heaven and earth cover and 7 layers of corrugated paper periphery, the module is surrounded by cardboard columns, the top one module and the sky cover should be cushioned between a wooden board or thick foam plastic, and finally use the packing belt to bundle the packaging, pay attention to the packaging belt and packaging between the cardboard corner protection. Wrap the outermost layer of plastic wrap.
Delivery methods
For the photovoltaic solar panels, Oritron Solar Ltd. use reliable methods for the delivery to ensure that each piece of modules will be delivered to our customers safely. In general the truck transportation and the ocean transportation will be widely applied because of some advantages such as fast, safety and convenience. The pallet is used to load and fix the photovoltaic solar panels, and then put it into the 40'HQ containers that is going to be delivered to the port by truck transportation. After that, shipping those solar modules to customers in abroad.
