For ordinary solar homeowners, this process usually means that the power generation exceeds the required power during the day, but is insufficient at night.

If solar panels can meet more than 100% of household electricity demand, theoretically, the credit obtained from excess power generation can cover the electricity charge required during low illumination periods. However, this process requires the house to remain connected to the power grid. By truly "off grid", it will be necessary to cut off the connection with utility companies.
